With a career spanning construction, finance, economic development, and workforce advancement, Sara has built a reputation for transforming complex challenges into successful outcomes. Her expertise in project management, permit expediting, regulatory compliance, agency coordination, and construction oversight allows her to guide projects from concept to completion while keeping timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations aligned.
As a certified Construction Project Manager and licensed NYC General Contractor, Sara combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to deliver results-driven solutions for property owners, developers, businesses, and public-sector clients. Through Unbound Building Group, she is committed to not only building successful projects but also expanding opportunities for diverse contractors and helping break down barriers in an industry where women and minority-owned businesses remain underrepresented.
Beyond construction, Sara is an entrepreneur, technology innovator, author, and advocate for economic opportunity. As Founder & CEO of Unreserved Consulting, she has helped countless businesses launch, grow, and secure MWBE certifications, opening doors to government and corporate contracting opportunities.
